Waiting lists are managed for classes that are at full capacity. Students on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as a spot arises.

How long do I have to wait until you call me to offer a class?
Matrix inspects the Waiting List on a daily basis and contacts waiting students as soon as a vacancy occurs.

We aren’t able to provide a set time for a call-back as we may receive no disenrolments from your desired class. Some classes have a lot more demand which could results in longer waiting periods. We may contact you to offer alternate classes.

If a place does not become available this term, will you contact me for next term?

Yes, we’ll keep you on the waiting list and email you when a spot becomes available. However enrolment offers have a 48 hour deadline to be accepted. Should you not accept your offer before this deadline, it will be forfeited and you will be removed from the wait list.
