If you're trying to complete your quiz and having trouble viewing the quiz images, this issue is often due to a browser incompatibility (Safari 13.1 is reported to have issues loading images and downloading files) or due to issues with information previously stored by the browser (cache).

Please follow the following steps to help solve the issue, when you're logged in with the student's email account.

1. Using Chrome to access Canvas

Using Chrome is the most easily implemented potential solution as most students will already have access to the browser, and few versions are incompatible with Canvas.

3. Clearing Cache

The browser cache can be cleared in Chrome by:

a. Clicking on the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner of the browser.

b. Click “More tools”, then “Clear browsing data…”. The browser will redirect to a new page and load a dialogue box.

c. At the top of the dialogue box, click on “Basic”. Ensure that the “Cached images and files option is selected then click “Clear data”.

Alternatively, the cache can be cleared by entering the following address into the address bar:

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
