Am I eligible?
New students who have not previously experienced any lessons at Matrix are eligible for this policy. Current or returning students may be eligible for this policy if they are enroling into a new subject at Matrix, that they have not experienced with us before or they have a new teacher.*
What do I need to do?
After you attend your first lesson at Matrix, you must let the Service Team know before your second consecutive lesson (6 days) that you wish to disenrol from Matrix. Your resources must also be returned before the second lesson to receive a full refund.
*This policy does not apply to Matrix short courses and Matrix+ Online courses and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
