How to log in to MyMatrix for the first time

Start managing your enrolments and learning with your MyMatrix online portal.

What is MyMatrix?

MyMatrix is your personal portal where you can:

  • View and manage your course enrolments

  • Access the Matrix Learning Management System (LMS) for online resources

  • Update your contact and payment details

  • Track your learning progress

Step-by-step: Set up your MyMatrix login

If you have forgotten your password to MyMatrix, not to worry! As long as you know the email address linked to your account, you can still get access by following the below steps.

  1. Click Forgot password?

  2. Enter the email address you used to enrol at Matrix.

  3. Check your email for a password reset link and click on the link. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Create a new password using the link provided.

    (Note: we use Salesforce to run our portal, so this is the page that you will see)

  5. Return to portal.matrix.edu.au and log in with your email and new password.

Note: If you are new to Matrix and don't have an account with us. Click on 'Not a customer' at the portal login page and follow the prompts to create an account.

  • If you haven’t received the password reset email after checking your spam/junk folder, contact us at 1300 008 008. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
