Error Message: Authentication Failed: Could not obtain access token
If you view your resources and receiving an error message Authentication Failed: 'Could not obtain access token', please make sure you're on the student's email account first.
If you are on the student's email, please hover your mouse to the word on the grey bar, example View Topic Test Scripts Here and click on it, a pop-up will appear for you to view your resources.
Error Message: 403 Error
If you view your resources and receiving an error message 403 Error, please make sure you're on the student's email account first.

Log out of the window and reauthorise or log back in again:
