The Matrix Learning Management System (LMS) is where students access digital resources, specifically, their Theory Lesson Videos.
How to access the Theory Lesson Videos
Go to my.matrix.edu.au, enter your student email and password and click log in. If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
2. Click on Matrix LMS to access the LMS
3. Once you access the LMS you’ll see the classes you’re enrolled in on your dashboard. Click on the class you’d like to access.
4. Once you have accessed the class, click on the lesson you’d like to work through and click on a video.
5. Press play to watch the video.
You can control the video speed and quality using the settings in the bottom right corner. You can also expand the video to full screen. You can select the next video along using the navigation in the upper panel, or the left side panel.
Lesson videos remain accessible throughout the academic year, allowing you to revisit them multiple times to strengthen your understanding.
Troubleshooting tips
If you’re having trouble with the volume, please check your audio setup, the volume control on your computer, and, separately, the volume control on the video itself.
If you’re having trouble accessing the video or believe the video contains the wrong content, please reach out to our support team using the chat icon at matrix.edu.au.
If you miss a lesson, the recording is typically uploaded on the same day; check the LMS later to view it.
