Matrix Education’s classes are in high demand and often reach maximum capacity prior to the commencement of the term. If your desired class is full, you can request to be placed on a waitlist. You can do this by speaking to our friendly Customer Service Team or by completing the Enrolment Form (the form needs to be completed by the parent).
Terms and Conditions
All waiting list entries must have submitted a completed enrolment form to Matrix Education, specifying the class(es) for which they wish to be waitlisted.
Progression through the waitlist is on a first come first served basis.
If one of your requested classes becomes available, you will be sent an offer to enroll by email.
To accept the enrollment offer you must click on the link in the email and complete the enrolment process online.
You will have until midnight of the following day to accept the enrollment, after which the offer will expire and the spot will be offered to the next student on the list.
Waitlist entries are valid until the end of the Matrix academic year.
