Matrix Education

Matrix Education’s classes are in high demand and often reach maximum capacity prior to the commencement of the term. If your desired class is full, you can request to be placed on a waitlist. You can do this by speaking to our friendly Customer Service Team or by completing the <a href="https://customers.matrix.edu.au/applications" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Enrolment Form.</a>

All waiting list entries must be enrolled at Matrix Education or have submitted a completed enrolment form to Matrix Education.

If one of your requested classes become available, you will be notified by email. You will have 48 hours to accept the position in the class. 

This can be done by completing the enrolment form linked in your offer email. Alternatively, you can call the Service Team on 1300 008 008 or visit the front desk at a campus. If you choose not to take the class or we do not hear back from you within the allocated time, the offer will move to the next student on the waitlist.

Waitlist entries are valid until the end of the Matrix academic year.
