Students can access course-related documents and lesson videos through the LMS. Instructions on how to access the LMS can be found here.
On rare occasions, after successfully logging into the LMS and accessing their course, students may face technical issues when accessing documents and videos.
Accessing documents - Hold up! error message
The following error message may come up when trying to access a document:
Accessing videos - Something got lost error message
The following error message may come up when trying to access a videos:
In the two cases above, please contact Matrix at [email protected] and send through a screenshot showing the error message, indicating which course and video/document you are having issues with.
Accessing documents - Connection not private error message.
You may get an error message in the browser that says “Your connection is not private.” In this case, ensure that third party cookies are enabled on your browser.
General advice and troubleshooting tips
If you’re experiencing an error message other than the ones above, you can try some troubleshooting steps yourself:
Ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome
Clear your cache
Try using an incognito browser
Restart your computer and browser
