How to Book a Matrix Workshop

Step-by-step instructions on how to book workshops through MyMatrix

Note: Bookings are best made using Google Chrome or Firefox. Safari web browser may not show all features,

1. Log in to MyMatrix and click on Enrolments. Under Current Course, click Book that belongs to the subject you wish to book a workshop.

2. From here, you can view your current bookings. To make a booking you will need to click on the Create/Edit Booking button.

This will take you to see your current bookings in My Appointments. To book a workshop, click on Appointment Scheduler.

You will first see availability at your enrolled campus. If no times are available, you can select Workshop Location to book at a different campus.

For online workshops, you can book at any campus with availability. When selecting a time, choose Online under Meeting Type.

3. Once you find a time you like to book, select it and select if you prefer it to be In-Person or Online, please provide as much detail as possible for what you would like to cover on the day of the workshop so that our tutors will be best prepared.

4. Once booked you can click on My Appointments. Where you can see your booking with the date, time, zoom link if its an online workshop.

You can also choose to cancel the workshop if needed.

If you need tot reschedule the workshop, you will need to cancel the current workshop booked and then rebook.

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshops or student no-shows will result in being blocked from booking workshops for the following two weeks. This is to ensure fair and effective use of our complimentary services. Exceptions will be considered upon presentation of a Medical Certificate. To cancel your workshop, click here.
