If you are unable to attend your scheduled Workshop, you can cancel the booking through your MyMatrix portal. Cancelling ahead of time ensures that the booking is released to other students who may need support.
Important: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Workshop - or no-shows - will result in you being blocked from booking Workshops for the next two weeks. Exceptions may be granted if a valid Medical Certificate is provided.
1. Log in to your MyMatrix portal using your student account credentials.
2. From the homepage, click on Workshops.
3. Find the subject for which you have a Workshop booked and click Book.
4. Click on Create/Edit Booking.
5. In the My Appointments section, locate the Workshop you wish to cancel and click on Details.
6. Click on Cancel Workshop.
7. Provide a reason for the cancellation and confirm.
If you need to reschedule the workshop, you will need to cancel the current workshop that is booked and then rebook another one.
