What is a payment schedule?
A payment schedule can be downloaded from your parent MyMatrix portal. The payment schedule will show you:
Unpaid and upcoming scheduled payments
Past paid payments
Steps to request your payment schedule
1. Log in to your MyMatrix portal using your parent account credentials and click Account.
2. Select Payments, then click on Request Payment Schedule.
Your payment schedule will be generated and available for download.
