Log in to your MyMatrix portal using your parent account credentials.
From the homepage, click on Log Absence.
Select the child for whom you want to log the absence, choose the date, and provide the reason for the absence.
Once submitted, the absence will appear in the Log Absence dashboard under My Account.
After the absence
After the class has taken place, your child can:
Watch the recorded lesson through their MyMatrix portal (LMS).
If they need further assistance, they can book a 1-on-1 workshop via their MyMatrix portal.
