If your child is unable to attend a scheduled Workshop, you can cancel the booking through your MyMatrix parent portal. Cancelling ahead of time ensures that the booking is released to other students who may need support.
Important: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Workshop—or no-shows—will result in your child being blocked from booking Workshops for the next two weeks. Exceptions may be granted if a valid Medical Certificate is provided.
Steps to cancelling your child's Workshop
1. Log in to your MyMatrix parent portal using your parent account credentials.
2. From the homepage, click on Workshops.
3. Select your child from the dropdown menu (if you have more than one enrolled).
4. Click create/edit bookings
5. Press “Details” next to the workshop you would like to cancel
6. Press “Cancel Workshop”
If you need to reschedule the workshop, you will need to cancel the current workshop that is booked and then rebook another one.
