1. Once logged into MyMatrix, click Account.

2. To update the following details:

Guardians Details

If you wish to update your details, click on the pencil next each field and you will be able to update the mailing and home address and contact number.

Students Details

Click on Children and select the child you wish to update details on. You will be able to update their contact number and school details.

If you wish to update any email address, please click on the chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and our service team member can assist you.
