You can update your contact and personal details through your MyMatrix portal. Parents can update both their own details and their child’s details, while students can update their own information directly.
Please note: Email addresses cannot be updated via the portal. To update an email address, click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and a member of our service team will be happy to assist you.
Steps to update your details
1. Once logged into MyMatrix, click My Account.
2. To update the following details:
My Details
If you wish to update your details, click on the pencil next each field and you will be able to update the mailing and home address and contact number.
Child Details
Click on Children and select the child you wish to update details on. You will be able to update their contact number and school details.
Click here if you wish to update your credit card details.
