1. Once logged into MyMatrix, click Contact.

2. To update the following details:

Guardians Details

If you wish to update your details, click on Edit and you will be able to update the mailing and home address and contact number.

Students Details

Click on Students and select the child you wish to update details on. You will be able to update their contact number and school details.

If you wish to update any email address, please click on the chatbot on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and our service team member can assist you.

Click here if you wish to update your credit card details.
