If you cannot make it to your workshop, please cancel your workshop through MyMatrix. It means we can free up the space for another student who may potentially free up a spot for you in the following week.

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshops or student no-shows will result in being blocked from booking workshops for the following two weeks. This is to ensure fair and effective use of our complimentary services. Exceptions will be considered upon presentation of a Medical Certificate. To cancel your workshop, click here.

1. Log in to MyMatrix and select Workshops on the left column.

2. You will land on your Workshop dashboard where all your upcoming bookings are listed. Click on the dropdown arrow on the course and select Cancel. You will need to reconfirm the cancellation.

Once you've cancelled, you will receive a cancellation SMS and the booking will no longer be on your Workshop dashboard.
