If you cannot make it to your workshop, it is important to cancel the workshop through MyMatrix.

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled workshops or student no-shows will result in being blocked from booking workshops for the following two weeks.

This is to ensure fair and effective use of our complimentary services. Exceptions will be considered upon presentation of a Medical Certificate or other circumstances.

1. Log in to MyMatrix and select Enrolments, then under the course you wish to cancel the workshop for click on book.

2.From here you will see your all workshop bookings and press on Create/Edit booking.

2. Select the appointment you wish to cancel and press details then press Cancel Workshop.

You will need to put a reason on the cancellation.
